Short Goals

This weekend was really nice...hubby was home and we took some time off to just relax and be....and sleep!! Things have been so stressful lately for both of us that it was really nice to just rest.

I am trying to take things one day at a time right now...it seems to be the only way to deal with the rollercoaster of emotions...so I'm focusing on short goals for the time being.

That being said, I'm setting up a schedule for this coming week.

Monday = Up at 6am, W1D1 of Couch to 5k training program.
Tuesday = Up at 5:30am, Treadmill- LOLO Beatburn - walk/jog & mix it up settings (this means hills and variable speeds)
Wednesday = Up at 5:00 am, Shallow water aerobics in the AM, W1D2 of Couch to 5k training in the PM
Thursday = Up at 5:30 am, Treadmill - LOLO Beatburn (same as Tuesday).
Friday = Up at 5:00am, Shallow water aerobics in the AM, Rest in the PM
Saturday = Up at 6:00am, W1D3 of Couch to 5k + walk to finish 3 - 3.5 miles.

I think I've gone nuts!!
